· On Saturday 15th October, I held my 21st Birthday Party at the Cocktail Bar at the Caxton Hotel. I am emailing you today, as I wanted to let you all know that it was an overwhelming success, which can be attributed to your functions manager, Nikki.  From my first meeting with Nikki, when I was searching venues in the area until the finishing time of my party, Nikki was exceptional in her enthusiasm and help with my party. Nikki always approached everything with a positive 'can do' attitude, and was very patient with our ideas. The night ran without a hitch, which made me and my family relax more and this was 100% because of Nikki and her brilliant organization and work ethic. Still working hard until after 1am, when we finally left the venue, Nikki never slipped in her professionalism. 
Having my parents not live in Brisbane, they were a bit worried how the night was going to run, however once they met Nikki and saw her plans they knew it was going to be fine. And it was.
Many friends and family have talked to me since the party, telling me that the food, drinks, venue and organization of the night made it a great party - again this is all thanks to Nikki and your team. 
We are still talking about how lucky we were to find such a great team, led by Nikki to help plan the party. Nikki truly is a great asset to your Hotel, and my family and I will have no hesitation in referring her to any friends or family who may need function or venue hire.
